No. The annual licence fee covers everything — onboarding, technical setup, content, and support. There are no additional fees.
Can we try it before committing?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day pilot at no cost for qualified organisations. Email us to arrange a pilot.
What does "white-label" actually mean?
Your patrons or members see your organisation's name and logo, not ours. The platform feels like your programme, hosted under your brand. Two Birds handles everything behind the scenes.
Do you work with non-profits?
Yes — the majority of our partners are non-profits and public institutions. Non-profit pricing is available on request. Many of our partners use grant funding to cover the licence fee; we're happy to provide a letter of support for your application.
What technical requirements are there?
None. Your patrons need only a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection. There's nothing for your IT team to install or maintain.
Is the content updated regularly?
Yes. Scam alerts and digital safety content evolve quickly, and we update the platform accordingly. All partners receive content refreshes as part of their licence.
Can we negotiate a multi-year discount?
