The DLEP gap is real โ and your patrons are asking for help
The Digital Literacy Exchange Program ended in March 2025. Thousands of community members who relied on funded AI literacy sessions are still looking for somewhere to turn.
The funding gap: DLEP supported local digital literacy delivery across Canada for years. Without a replacement, libraries and settlement agencies are fielding AI and technology questions they don't yet have curriculum for. Digital Confidence Centre fills that gap โ free for learners, structured for facilitators, ready to deploy today.

Common questions
Is there any cost for our patrons or participants?
No. The platform is free for every learner. Institutional fees cover partner support, custom branding, and content updates โ not per-seat access.
Do patrons need an account or login?
No. Any patron can access any module directly from the URL โ no registration, no email, no personal data required.
What devices and browsers are supported?
Any modern browser on any device: tablet, phone, or desktop. The site is WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, mobile-responsive, and tested on Android Chrome and iOS Safari. No download or installation required.
Can we add our organisation's branding?
Yes โ Community tier partners receive custom branding: your logo, contact information, and optionally a landing page configured for your community. Starter and Standard tiers use DCC's standard design.
How do we use DCC in an NHSP application?
Community tier includes direct support scoping your NHSP project application. DCC provides the curriculum; you provide the community venue and facilitation. We can help draft the digital literacy component of your project description. Book a call to start that conversation.
