When you ask Career Coach to analyse a job posting or generate a cover letter, your browser sends a request directly to your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or another). This request includes the job description text and prompts we have written. It does not pass through our servers.
Your API key is sent directly from your browser to the provider. Two Birds Innovation never sees or stores your key. Review your provider's privacy policy for details on how they handle your requests:

Career Coach does not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or any other analytics service. We have no visibility into how you use the tool.
Career Coach is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from people under 18.
As a Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) matter: because we collect no personal information about you, there is no data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. Your data exists only on your own device, where you have full control.
