📞 How to Spot a Scam Call

3 warning signs:

  • 1. UrgencyThey demand action NOW. Real organisations give you time.
  • 2. Unusual paymentGift cards, wire transfer, Bitcoin. Hang up immediately.
  • 3. SecrecyDon't tell anyone. This is a scammer's key tool.

When in doubt: Hang up. Call back using the number on your card or bill.

📱 How to Make a FaceTime Call

5 steps:

  1. Tap the green FaceTime icon on your Home screen
  2. Tap the + button (top right corner)
  3. Type the person's name or phone number
  4. Tap their name when it appears, then tap Video
  5. To hang up: tap the red circle button

🔐 How to Create a Strong Password

3 rules:

  • 2. Never repeatUse a different password for each important account
  • 3. Never shareNo real company will ever ask for your password

🆘 What to Do If Something Goes Wrong

3 steps in order:

  1. Stop and breatheA scary screen cannot harm your device.
  2. Press the Home button(or swipe up from the bottom). Closes almost everything.
