📞 How to Spot a Scam Call
3 warning signs:
- 1. Urgency — They demand action NOW. Real organisations give you time.
- 2. Unusual payment — Gift cards, wire transfer, Bitcoin. Hang up immediately.
- 3. Secrecy — Don't tell anyone. This is a scammer's key tool.
When in doubt: Hang up. Call back using the number on your card or bill.

📱 How to Make a FaceTime Call
5 steps:
- Tap the green FaceTime icon on your Home screen
- Tap the + button (top right corner)
- Type the person's name or phone number
- Tap their name when it appears, then tap Video
- To hang up: tap the red circle button

🔐 How to Create a Strong Password
3 rules:
- 1. Use a passphrase — 3 or 4 random words: Purple-Lamp-Harbour-78
- 2. Never repeat — Use a different password for each important account
- 3. Never share — No real company will ever ask for your password

🆘 What to Do If Something Goes Wrong
3 steps in order:
- Stop and breathe — A scary screen cannot harm your device.
- Press the Home button — (or swipe up from the bottom). Closes almost everything.
- Call for help — Connected Canadians: 1-855-808-0505
