Canada's national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime. Report phone scams, email phishing, romance scams, investment fraud, and identity theft. Even if you did not lose money, your report helps law enforcement find and stop scammers.

Complaints about banks, financial products, and financial scams. If your bank is not responding to a fraud complaint, the FCAC can help escalate. Also provides free financial literacy resources.

A federal government programme that provides refurbished computers to Canadians who cannot afford them, including seniors on fixed incomes. Also offers basic digital literacy training in many communities.

Questions about your personal taxes, refunds, RRSP, or benefit programmes. If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be the CRA, do not call back the number they give you — call this number instead to verify. The real CRA never demands gift card payments.
