Ontario's free, confidential helpline for seniors experiencing or at risk of abuse, mistreatment, or exploitation — including financial exploitation by family members or scammers. Bilingual and available in over 150 languages.

Free, confidential health advice from a registered nurse — any time of day or night. Get guidance on symptoms, medications, and whether you need to see a doctor. Also available in French.

Questions about Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, and Guaranteed Income Supplement. For questions about your benefits, changes to your address or banking, or delays in payments. The real Service Canada will never call you out of the blue and ask for payment.

Questions about your personal taxes, refunds, RRSP, or benefit programmes. If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be the CRA, do not call back the number they give you — call this number instead to verify. The real CRA never demands gift card payments.
